If you are streaming video content on a mobile data network, and you are seeing either:
- reduced/poor video quality (pixelated, “fuzzy”, hard-to-see picture/content)
- constant re-buffering (recurring loading spinner)
And you have a strong signal form your carrier (four or five bars) it is possible that your carrier is throttling your video streaming.
To remedy this situation, you can connect to WiFi. If you do not have access to a WiFi network, you may need to check with your carrier about their throttling policy.
